Well, it still sounds like you and your friend polished off close to a fifth each. That's definitely at my top end of capacity. I've been to AA meetings where these guys talk about drinking a half gallon at a sitting. I know it's not technically a half gallon, but 1.75 liters is close enough. I can't even imagine drinking that much whiskey in one sitting, I would definitely pass out way before the bottle was empty...

This was over a number of hours - 7 or so (memory fades).

It was the top end of my limits, even with the food and the extended time.

My problem with liquor is that I don't drink it with food. A good base beforehand is always a good idea, but if I'm drinking liquor, I'm generally not eating. I don't even drink beer much with food. Wine is a different story...

I've put Skyy in a Goose bottle a few years back for some snotty vodka drinkers.

Pinnacle is my cheap vodka of choice now. It would pass the test if mixed with something for about 98% of snooty vodka people.

Ciroc is Puff Daddy's vodka. I had it for the first time about a month ago when my Mom brought me a bottle back from her St Maarten hajj. It was alright, but I was making vodka and cranberries with it. I don't care much for martinis.

Personally, I drink tequila more than anything nowadays and if I do vodka it's Tito's.

I haven't pulled off a good drunken binge yet over the holidays, but sis is rolling into town this afternoon. I am sure things are about to change.

Plus, tomorrow is Saturday. Carolina plays Maryland at 3, and then South Carolina plays Clemson at 7. I am going to stock up on Gatorade to drink that night so I don't want to die on Sunday.
