I usually add coconut oil and walnut oil to my morning coffee (with half and half of course). That greases the skids pretty well...

My wife told me last night you can't take that stuff everyday - its like Afrin for your asshole and over time your sphincter builds up a tolerance to it so in order to drop some kids off at the pool you'd have to mainline it.

I'd be in the corner with my wooden spoon, rubber tubing, a lighter and a syringe after 2 weeks

The apple-pear pie was from scratch. The pumpkin pies were just canned. And not just canned but presweetened, prespiced canned.
