Tough loss for the Deacons tonight. They've had rotten luck with injuries the last couple of years, and tonight, the loss of Tanner Price might have cost them the game. Having said that, the last two calls were awfully tough plays to ask a backup to make. I'm not sure you go with back-to-back 20-yard fade routes when you only need four yards to keep the chains moving.

Sorry to see Grobe resign. Was there pressure on him? Maybe some big money boosters saw what Cut has done at Duke and think they could/should get the same thing at Wake? Or was he just "done"?

Heh - if Saban DID go to Texas (I don't think he will), it would be very interesting to see how the search for a replacement goes. They would riot if someone like Grobe was considered; hell, anything short of Bill Belichick would likely be unacceptable.
