There's your problem. Tennessee, Auburn, and to an extent tOSU are not in the same boat.

Well, I'm not questioning the ability of our alumni to ruin the lives of others. It's what we who support the evil empire that is UNC aspire to do on a daily basis, but has it been confirmed that it was him? The only "proof" that I've seen is that the investigator had the initials "MW" in the transcript. Were they able to locate his full name anywhere indicating that he was actually the lead investigator? Has there been an examination of the NCAA's personnel records by the PackPride staff to determine if there are any other investigators with those initials?

I do think that it's a joke that the NCAA would allow an obvious conflict of interest like that to occur, but the NCAA isn't exactly the most sensible organization around...

a tech fan on PP is saying that an ncaa re-instatement officer had told GT that the players were ok to play. I wonder if they have a legal leg to stand on to fight the penalties. I'd certainly fight to retain an acc championship if I thought I had a chance at all.
