I'll be spending every weekend for the next 4 months helping him fix it up

Sorry e. Always thought you were smart until now. It's not gunshop owners job to do psyche evaluations. People need to be able to protect themselves. Those guys meddling in peoples' affairs would do way more harm than good.eCat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:25 pmI'm not altruistic with my opinions on this
If more people took care to make sure mentally unstable people didn't have access to guns, including gun shop owners (seriously is anyone going to get upset with a gun shop owner refusing to sell a gun to someone based on their interaction?) then not only would we have less violence and suicide but guys like me wouldn't have to hear about why I don't need an AR-15 (answer: visit Springfield, OH) from anti-gun people who lose their shit every time people die by AR-15 that represent .001% of the gun violence in this country
If I even suspected someone in my house was depressed, I'd not have easy access to a gun.
yea, no shit, taller than me and a full head of hair
The concept of the "Passport Bro" and taking all your hard earned wealth abroad to marry a thin, respectful, virginal, Filipino girl 10+ years your junior, that is just the natural and eventual religious, economic, and political response to no-fault-divorce law. A lot of smart decisions stem from the concept of ex-patriating. That shouldn't be happening here but it makes sense for many of these men to do these things. Afterall, feminism is cancer.
keep the house in your name, not his. protect your son by sheltering his future wealth from divorce thefteCat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:22 pm just paid cash for a house on Thursday last week. It was essentially an estate sale.

Did you not read what eCat wrote? He paid cash for this for his son. His son does not yet have a girl in his life. It was NOT acquired during marriage.DooKSucks wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2024 3:17 amLMAOinnocentbystander wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 11:59 pmkeep the house in your name, not his. protect your son by sheltering his future wealth from divorce thefteCat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:22 pm just paid cash for a house on Thursday last week. You're such an idiot and a predictable one at that.
If the property was otherwise marital or had divisible value acquired during the marriage, I would just move to join eCat as a necessary party under the constructive trust theory.
Its not worth it. There are too many cunts out there that seek out assholes like DookSucks to take your son to the cleaners. Sit down with him and tell him, lets keep this house in dad's name and you can live in it forever, rent free until I am dead and you inherit. That is what I would do.
