given the crowd around me, deer meat is always plentiful, but I've never really wanted to try it. I don't even eat that much beef anymore to be honest.

I would imagine it would be good in a stew or chili, but it seems like the few times I tasted it as a pulled meat or steak, I didn't care for it.
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

We made a 10 gallon pot of deer stew a few days before Thanksgiving which should last at least a few more weeks. It's good. Guy here at work's son killed two this weekend and they took them straight to the processor for sausage and hamburger which should last well into the spring...

I had a venison salad at Second Empire a few weeks ago. It was great. The entree was good, but the damn highlight was the venison cutlets in that salad. They were amazing. I had been drinking since 9:00 a.m. and was deep into the scotch by the time we hit the restaurant though...
