Actually, it came right back to me quite easily from the decade of UK's futility under Tubby. But enjoy that one NC you guys have managed to snag under Cal. Sure as fuck ain't getting another one this year, losers...

Oh, I have no doubt that it's been simmering at the brim of your consciousness ever since 2011....you probably just didn't expect to have to wait this long to unleash it. And even then, IU did you the disservice of not getting to deliver the coup de grace personally - which you would've. UK was a Sweet 16 team at best this year but failed to live up to its seed, which happens, as UNC knows as well as anyone.

Just like Cal said in the post game interview, with that shit-eating grin he learned from UK's fan base: "Oh well, we'll have a whole new team next year!" Who gives a fuck? Not UK fans. They'll win their 7th recruiting title in a row and roll the dice. If they fail, fuck it, just bring in a whole new crop and see what happens. UK hoops is nothing more than a craps table. Maybe you'll get another Anthony Davis, or maybe you'll get that crew that got you to the NIT a couple years ago. Or this bunch of shitty losers you had this year (Skal, LMAO). But fuck it, right? They'll be gone next year and nobody will remember any of their names or give a fuck about them at all. But let's not waste any more time talking about UK, there's a tourny being played now and UK is not a part of it. Let's just give a golf clap to a second round flame-out to go along with Cal's NIT run and move along to teams that are still playing this year...

Doubt there's enough scholarships to go around with the class Cal has coming in next year. I have no idea who's coming to UK next year, but whoever they are, the current crop had their chance and failed. Thanks and don't let the door hit your ass on the way out of Lexington, ya'll have a whole new crop coming in next year to roll the dice on, I'm sure. Blow hard on 'em and let 'em rip!

Yeah, Hedge. In retrospect, those picks were nearly as foolish as Arizona and Purdue. And as for the "dice-rolling" approach, I'll take 4 FFs, a NC, a Runner-up and an Elite Eight in 7 years. How's that stack up with Roy since 2009?

Three FF's and 2 NC's since Roy's been here (yes, I decline to accept your hand-selected choice of starting with 2009). And we're in the running for another one this year, very much unlike UK...

Not so much a hand-picked, arbitrary year as it is the time frame that Cal has been at UK and started taking top recruits away from Chapel Hill. You know, the approach that you were sassing.

Correct answer is Two Elite Eights and a Sweet 16. And a great chance at another title this year, no doubt.
