Meanwhile, the Heels look horrible. Sure, Isaiah Denis was out and Cameron Fens is still ineligible. But the talent disparity and lack of bulk in the paint was astounding. Gonna be a loooong season…

I just don't see how anyone can give a shit about college sports anymore other than just face-value entertainment. I don't understand how people still have some emotional bond to their school other than as a graduate. But even that won't change the fact that college sports (all of sports) has changed intrinsically. But hey! It's fun to watch and people bet on it. I guess we should enjoy it now before the robots take over.

I don't care that much about what happens before conference play begins. I just want them to survive until then. But it sure is nice starting at the top.

I was watching football with my two sons yesterday, and the subject of Memphis Tigers basketball came up.
Not one of us could name a single player on the roster…even Penny’s children have all jumped ship…
In their heyday, we could name every player, as well as where they went to high school…since most of them were native Memphians…

I am at a point where I cannot name all the players on UK's team. There is a kid named Mason something and he is getting attention. I didn't even know he was on the team.
Its like the inverse of what the O'Bannon's wanted by getting Name and Likeness on the uniforms. I now *need* their names on the back of the jerseys because I have no idea who they are.
