I looked up the numbers. We’ve all noticed the dookies going Far East (25% Asian). Carolina is just under 14%. UT Austin is much bigger than UNC and dook* combined and is now at 26%. I would’ve never guessed this to be the case, except in California.

Americans in general wouldn't care about college demographics if they honored the H1-B Visa and student visas as intended, AND international students weren't financed thru American tax dollars.

Colleges are having a severe drop off in student admission from American residents.

Also, its past time to crack down on fraudalent H1-B Visa job applications. Colleges are adverstising for H1-B jobs.

If that irony of that is lost on you, then you should think on it a bit more

Morrisville/Apex area of NC is exactly the same. I first noticed it 15 years ago at a nice Italian restaurant. It was prom night and the place was flooded with Indians. One of my best friends bought his house there around the Year 2000. It was the typical middle class neighborhood at the time. It’s still very nice. Only the Smiths and Joneses have been replaced by the Patels and Guptas. There’s literally multiple Teslas in every driveway. You’re absolutely right about the H-1B visas. I witnessed it the last 15 years of my career in RTP.

The population of Texas is 32m right now. Less than 600,000 of them are Indian (at least legal, permanent residents and citizens). So...less than 2% of Texans are Indian, but 26% of the UT incoming class is Indian????

I told someone that Baker Mayfield wouldn't be motivated to play after landing that contract with Tampa Bay, he didn't do bad but I think TB had like 4 turnovers in the game.

Good on Kentucky fans for showing out. But as we’re seeing now, Basketball schools just can’t hang with the football powers. Yeah, I know Cignetti turned Indiana into a football school, but were they really still a hoops school? It’s been 40 years since Alford’s buttcut title.

Anyway, I used to love going to Carolina’s football games as a kid, back when we were pretty good. Of course I enjoyed the socializing (hot Sorority girls) in college, even when we sucked beyond belief. After graduation, I had season tickets for Mack 1.0. Maybe I was the rare fan smiling post Judgment Day ass whuppin’ by FSU, as I’d attended the epic Blue-White Game before, when Vince amd Antawn put on a show. Then he left for Texas and we sucked again. Real life and HDTV sapped my desire to spend my entire Saturdays in swamp ass humidity anymore.
