I've been having a bunch of live Metallica Toks coming up lately, and boy are they a mess. Not only does their bass player look way out of place, but James Hetfield is now trying to sing everything melodically like Rob Halford instead of staying true to his growling roots. Very embarrassing for them. I will never watch or see these idiots again, brahs. Can't wait to see Megadeth in Charlotte tho. Those nigs still rock the fuggin howse.

My wife loves Queensryche. I think they suck but whatever, she has made me listen to Silent Lucidity a million times while we've been married.

They were playing in Columbus in November and as a surprise I was going to take her. Even for a washed up ass band like that, general tickets were $74 a pop.

I put it off thinking I would get them later.

So tonight I am looking at local festivals. September starts the festival season in Ohio and we go to several of them. One of them was the Marion Ohio Popcorn Festival and guess what? They are having a free concert at 8:30Pm and Queensryche is the headliner.

so she gets to listen to that shitass band and the money I was going to spend on tickets is now going to funnel cakes, footlong corn dogs, lemon shakeup and soft serve ice cream
