Re: Baseball
he is most assuredly NOT OK after that fall
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

Yes it was. I was asking b/c I thought you had had success on some kind of diet and I was going to ask you about it. Not now, though...

Re: Baseball
oh yea, I have when I am on it.
Its Keto and it works great
no bread, no pasta, no sugar, no alcohol - just eat meats, dairy, greens and berries. Its sounds rough but once you get into the habit of it you just naturally gravitate to those foods. For example, I love McD's sausage mcmuffins, so I get two, throw away the muffins (actually now I give them to my dogs) and just take the two patties with cheese and eat them like a mcmuffin.
and even without exercise you'll lose about 3lbs a week. I have my normal clothes and then my fat clothes. I go on Keto when I have to start wearing my fat clothes. I just switched over to the fat clothes about 2 weeks ago.
I'm falling apart so its time for me to get back on it, but I'm also going to start doing something along the lines of yoga or Tai Chi because I'm at a point where I ride in a car for 2 hours and I'm all stiff when I get out. Wife and I signed up for Tai Chi class starting in a few weeks. Its free and at the community center so I'm thinking its going to some guy doing his Foot Fist Way impersonation but we'll see.

Re: Baseball
That's pretty much how I've been eating for years now. No bread, no pasta, no processed food or sodas, very few carbs. My problem is alcohol. I drink at least a bottle of wine every night. I'm almost like the guy in that video you posted on the other thread, I don't maintain a 0.12 like he does, but I bet I stay around 0.08. I bet I'd lose 25 lbs. real quick if I quit drinking...

Re: Baseball
What's the fat clothes waist size? 38 or 40? I've been stuck on 225 for awhile now, most of my pants are 36's but that's a pretty tight button these days. 38's are slightly too large but a belt takes care of that. If I could even drop 10 lbs the 36's would be fine. I think you and I have pretty much the same habitus but you might be slightly stockier than I am...

That kid was 20. If he was drunk then there may be some investigation on how he got drunk. His friends say he never got drunk, so we’ll see.

Re: Baseball
This past fall, I went from 205 to 175. Living alone, fasting and hiking once or twice a week. Also, no business lunches since retirement helps. My son has moved back in and, of course there’s more food laying around. I’m now back up to 185 fighting to keep that 34 waist for now. 36 when I’m around 200.

I was reading a twitter post from someone who was saying they were sitting a couple of rows behind him and he was shitfaced. True? I have no idea

Re: Baseball
I hit the 40 waist back in ‘21 or so…I blame it all on working from home full time…
I wake up, walk across the hall to my home office, and sit for 10 hours or so…
The only exercise I’m getting lately is walking Costco and Kroger…it all has to change…

The older I get the more I pretty much hate every cocksucker that is making decisions in this world and all of the idiots that root for political parties like sports teams. — aTm

Getting a little tired of Alvarez. Swings for the fences too much with not enough success.
