That is not how court works on unlawful firings.

If you get fired from a job unlawfully, you go to court and sue. And if you WIN (you, and you alone) you get back pay. And then, your employer can STILL refuse to employ you. But they might have to pay you something. But no judge anywhere has any authority to force any employer to re-hire anyone that was fired. All they can do is settle up on money, not employment.

You want someone in authority to force your employer to give you your job back? Work in a union and the union threatens your employer with a strike/walk-out of they don't re-hire you.

Gorsuch's position

Justice Neil Gorsuch explained that “the nature and breadth of an agency’s authority is not dispositive in determining whether Congress may limit the President’s power to remove its head.”

Gorsuch continued that the president’s removal power is necessary for him to “maintain a degree of control over the subordinates he needs to carry out his duties ... and works to ensure that these subordinates serve the people effectively and in accordance with the policies that the people presumably elected the President to promote.”

now that relates to department heads, but in this case Trump was elected to reduce the size and scope of government, and he is doing just that.

German Tourists Detained for Weeks, Then Deported From U.S.
Amid President Trump’s border crackdown, German news media have closely followed the treatment of two tourists who say they tried to enter the United States legally.
www.nytimes.com www.nytimes.com

Chained, detained for weeks and eventually deported, two German tourists trying to enter the United States were recently tangled in a system responding to President Trump’s push to sharply restrict entry and deport people en masse.

The cases of Jessica Brösche, held for 46 days, and Lucas Sielaff, held for 16, and accounts of their rough handling by immigration officers, have grabbed headlines in Germany as a sign of what being caught on the wrong side of the White House’s immigration policy could mean for European travelers.

Tourists from most European countries, including Germany, generally enjoy visa-free travel to the United States for up to 90 days. But Mr. Sielaff and Ms. Brösche were stopped, separately, at the San Ysidro border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana, told that they were being denied entry and sent to a crowded detention center, according to their own accounts and those of their friends.

Mr. Sielaff said he was denied a translator and had trouble understanding what was happening to him. Ms. Brösche’s friends said she was kept in solitary confinement for nine days. By their accounts, both were flown back to Germany without a clear understanding of why they were detained in the first place.

“Sometimes I just wake up because I have nightmares of this situation and what happened,” Mr. Sielaff, 25, said in an interview. “And I just try to go for walks and calm down.”

The family of a tourist from Britain, Becky Burke, 28, says she has been held for more than two weeks in Washington State, similarly caught up in the system but unsure why.
No one gives a shit. That is because we are smart enough to know that there is much more to this story than we are being told. Why in the fuck are Germany tourists in Mexico crossing the border there into San Diego? Maybe they were bringing something with them they should not have? We wont know, this article doesn't say.

Basically, it like this:

supporters wrote:Okay, lets act. So which parts are bad? What decisions do you hate? Here are all the line items of everything DOGE did. Who did they hurt that should not have been hurt? What expenditure that they helped stop do you think we need to start back up?

Certainly explains that attitude of some posters in this forum..

"One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back."

Look it up Hedge. Maybe a Reddit article on what it means too. My quotes are better.

My son is an engineer for Raytheon, part of the military industrial complex. Thankfully, he works in the commercial air division; however, they will still to get hit with layoffs because of European pushback on the US. His company designs for Boeing, Airbus, etc. along with all international airlines. It’s a double edge sword. America needs to go through this, but there’s short-term pain. He survived this week’s round of layoffs. If he doesn’t survive the next, I told him there could be some European opportunities since they’ll be ramping up manufacturing over there, supposedly.
