That shit bothers me. If a restaurant is doing just fine (good business, steady, enough customers) but nationally, the chain is suffering, then corporate could arbitrarily and impetuously decide to start shutting things down. We saw this with Red Lobster and a few others. That pisses me off, had a few friends who were restaurant managers who saw their livelihood go up in flames by no fault of their own. But if the owners of the restaurant haven't paid their bills in months and the managers running things are like, dude (owner), where is the fucking butter? Why are the sheriffs showing up here with eviction notice? that is something else. That is the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing and all of a sudden, you are out of job because the owner is a cowardly asshole.

Food service is hard enough work. Long hours. Way underpaid. Way under appreciated. Don't go and fuck over your loyal people.

We all know what is going on with Sean Diddy Combs. He is in a heap of trouble. And maybe, he SHOULD be in trouble. That remains to be seen. What people may not know is that some of the accusers are making their rape accusations anonymously, that is, they do not want their name attached to their civil lawsuits against Combs. They do not want the public to know who they are NOR do they want Combs to know who they are in order to defend himself. Apparently, you can't do that.

We all know how it works at universities with their Residence Life programs. Full feminism. And full feminism means full anonymity and 100% guarantee from cross-examination. Residence life at a university is not the place for a defendant to protect himself or his good name. Any girl living in any dorm at any university in America, she can go to the campus police and anonymously accuse any boy who also lives on campus, of violating her. And the young man, he may damn well know who she is, but he will never be able to get confirmation from the university as to who is making the allegations, confront her, or defend himself against her in any kind of campus court proceedings. That doesn't exist at a university. And that "court" at the school, the MAXIMUM of their punitive authority for the opinion on the boy violating their "honor code" is to boot the boy out school. And they can do that arbitrarily and impetuously, no jury, no judge, no nothing other than their own conscience. Their defense for this dastardly, life altering behavior is simple: the boy can just re-enroll at another school!!!! Of course that is not true. He must apply elsewhere and be accepted with a university expulsion on his record. But leftists who are simmering in feminism feel that is all the justification they need to prohibit the young man from having his day in court and also protect any girl from being cross-examined for her past behavior.

That is NOT the way it works in a real court of law with real civil or criminal consequences for someone to defend himself against alleged despicable behavior. These accusers are learning this now, one of the cases will be dismissed by a judge in two weeks if she refuses to step forward with her name, publicly. Combs isn't facing getting consequences that amount to being kicked out of USC.
