Why is it that politicians have to stand around and give each other blowjobs for doing what they are paid to do? OK, you won but that's what your were expected to do. Now I guess they will go out and name a bridge or a road after each other...

The WORST possible outcome (for Chauvin) happened. It could not have gotten any worse. As it turns out, he had nothing to lose.

its just the reality of the situation. There is no way , regardless of make up of people that you are going to get an unbiased jury given what has happened as a result of his actions. Every juror knew a not guilty sentence would result in their city, and quite possibly their suburbs being on fire that night.

I can't get past how Chauvin was told the victim had no pulse and yet he kept at it for 3 1/2 more minutes. If he'd stopped there he'd probably be looking at being negligent in his duties and maybe a year or two in jail. He could see he was being videoed. If Chauvin isn't a complete psychopath, could he not comprehend his own peril in that situation? No pulse, yet you're going to remain indifferent and power on through? Wrong move...

I doubt the Ohio cop will even face charges if that video correct. Somebody wielding a knife and apparently actively attempting to stab somebody? If they get shot by a cop, that's on them...

I'll give that cop credit, I would have focused on the guy kicking the girl and probably wouldn't have even noticed McStabby

the idea that you're saying the cop probably won't face charges is just how messed up this is now. That girl was actively trying to stab another girl. He should get a medal.
