hell at UK this year it was 5 games and done.

another major issue is the relaxed rules on the transfer portal.

There is going to be some major poaching and give kids alot of leverage they didn't have before. Coaches are going to have to balance out whether you cave to the demands of an unhappy player just to keep him or do you see him walk to another program after you invested years recruiting him.

and I'm actually not against a kid having that leverage. Few coaches show loyalty to the program and demand this huge buyouts as incentive to stay and not be fired. But until now kids had to deal with whatever happened. No kid should have to tolerate their college career being put on hold to play for a nutcase like Billy Gillispie.
