Didn't see any mention of a door being kicked in in that article you linked. Try again...

Okay:
At 5 a.m. on July 26, FBI agents reportedly picked the lock on the front door of Manafort's apartment in Alexandria and then, with guns drawn, kicked open the door of his bedroom where he was sleeping with his wife, Kathleen. The agents reportedly pointed guns at both, and Kathleen was subjected to a search, according to CNN.

Question - how has the handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico making America great?

Because for years they have had a wasteful and corrupt government that did not spend money that was intended for infrastructure improvements.

Look at it like this: You give someone money to fix their car. They spend it on used tires instead of new tires. 3 months later, that have 2 flat tires and have their hand out again.

If they would allow someone to manage the repairs and use the money for the proper fixes, then yes, fire away with the money. Until then, they can continue to wait.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

Puerto Rico will be first in line when Trump is done Making America Great Again, and starts Making Latin America Great.

Fox News, fair and balanced...

"But players’ frustration really began to boil over when Fox News decided to show out-of-context photos of Eagles players kneeling during its reporting of the statement. The photos shown over the air were of Eagles players kneeling in prayer before the anthem, an important distinction because, you know, no Eagle actually knelt during the anthem last season, as the White House’s statement insinuated."

The NYT is barely a reputable news organization worthy of being quoted, similar to Fox. And quoting their editorial board might as well be quoting Breitbart’s editorial board.

THIS IS IT:

Trump owns a secret program that created hurricane Maria in order to destroy Puerto Rico!

Our side is just as outraged by Fox photoshopping football players as you were when Katie Couric doctored interviews of gun supporters, or when Dan Rather faked W’s military records, or when NBC rigged truck gas tanks to explode, etc etc etc...

The economic fallout of a Donald Trump presidency will probably be severe and widespread enough to plunge the world into recession, New York Times columnist Paul Krugman warned in a New York Times opinion piece published early Wednesday.

Calling Trump the "mother of all adverse effects," the Nobel Prize-winning economist predicted that the GOP nominee's administration could quickly undo the progress that the markets around the world have made in the eight years since the financial crisis.

"Under any circumstances, putting an irresponsible, ignorant man who takes his advice from all the wrong people in charge of the nation with the world's most important economy would be very bad news," he wrote. "What makes it especially bad right now, however, is the fundamentally fragile state much of the world is still in."

"So we are very probably looking at a global recession, with no end in sight. I suppose we could get lucky somehow. But on economics, as on everything else, a terrible thing has just happened."

Actually, that's a recipe for good news, considering that the "wrong" people he is referring to are the billionaire oligarch class...

In the "It's a Small World Department," Trump just commuted the sentence of this federal inmate, thanks to the unlikely advocacy of Kim Kardashian and Ivanka:

https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/06/politics ... index.html

I knew Alice Johnson extremely well when I was a chaplain at Aliceville. She is a wonderful person. Nobody deserved clemency more. Tragically, her case is not unusual; draconian sentences for first time non-violent drug offenses, sentence "enhancements," mandatory minimum sentencing, and the big disparity between crack and powder cocaine sentencing, has made me disgusted with the what the whole "War on Drugs" devolved into. It's a national human tragedy. There are hundreds of thousands of Alice Johnsons out there.
