I scoffed at that on Twitter today. I can see Brooklyn dude with his bushy beard, birth control specs and Brylcreemed 'do insisting that sauce and slaw only cloud the palate and he, not the cretins in the hinterlands, is able to appreciated the nuanced pairing of a dark beer with his dry roast beef, pickles and roll.

How well you don't know me, Stu. You couldn't be farther from the truth. I know my barbecue. I grew up in a southern household...albeit in Philadelphia.

Ted Cruz had an epic retort to that ridiculous Twitter post. I think it was simply "bless your heart."

I got out of dodge (but peek in, occasionally), not because of Trump, per se. It is because it sometimes gets frustrating to read how some of you think...regardless of facts that are laid out in front of you that are contrary to the points being espoused. It's why I don't do Facebook. I despise the echo chamber. The confirmation bias can be maddening. eCat is funny, though. So, I do come in every few months to read.

I'm well and loving life. I hope (most of) you are, as well. Two fingers!
