I'm referencing the constitutional amendment part. They will NEVER be able to amend it again. The 27th (and last) Amendment was proposed in 1789 but was not ratified until 1992 - 202 YEARS LATER!! The last amendment before that was passed in 1971 (Right to vote for 18 year olds).

The way the country is so deeply divided, there won't be a possibility of getting 38 states to ratify an amendment until 2044, when the white population dips under 50%.

What is hopeful for Trump is that her chance of winning stands at 71.5% today . . . but it was at 87.5% 27 days ago. If Trump makes similar gains in the next 27 days, I might have to look at relocating to Toronto. I left the snow years ago, but if I go south to Mexico, I might not be able to come back, what with the wall and everything.

My guess is that the causes are twofold:

1 - Hillary's post-convention bounce settled back a bit, which is natural, and
2 - Trump started airing TV ads in mid August.
