why does anybody think a decorated cop with no discplinary history would execute someone by firing 6 shots at a guy with his hands up.

The same reason folks don't give a flip about a black man/woman/baby getting shot/killed in Chicago by another black man.

A lot of folks care. The media doesn't cover efforts t combat it.

Ironically enough, for all of the crocodile tears about "black on black" crime, most personal crime is intraracial - black-on-black, white-on-white, brown-on-brown, because our society is so segregated. If a white woman gets raped - it is almost always by a white man. If a Hispanic man gets robbed, it's most likely by another Hispanic. If a black person is assaulted, it's generally by another black person.

Last I checked, 84% of whites are murdered by whites. 71% of mass murders are committed by whites. What does it mean? There are a lot of white people.

Okay I'm calling BS on the cops execute people with their hands up all the time.

As far as the police report details etc the cops are damned if you do damned if you don't. If they rush to get a report out there and provide all the details, they will get accused of trying to taint the jury pool and to smear the "gentle" giant. God help them if they make an error. If they take the time to get everything right and investigate, then they are stalling or getting stories straight.

Most likely events (IMO):

1. Cop pulls up and tells them to get out of the road.
2. Brown knows he just robbed a store 10 minutes ago and believes the cop is looking for them.
3. Cop starts to get out of car and Brown panics and shoves and punches cop (the punch should easily be documented in injuries to the cop).
4. Cop who just got punched by Brown who is 6'4" and 300 lbs is now struggling with Brown at least partially in his car.
5. Either cop starts reaching for gun, Brown reaches for it, or both and one shot is fired. Where this bullet went is crucial to investigation. If it was a wild shot and it hit somewhere in the car it completely backs up the cops version of events.
6. Brown tries to flee after the gun is fired.
7. Cop exits car and orders them to stop
8. Brown turns towards cop and taunts him and starts running towards him. The audio from that cell phone video backs this up.
9. Cop who was just assaulted by a much larger and stronger man who just tried to take his gun from him fears for his safety and begins firing.
10. As Brown gets closer apparent hits to arm and right side do not faze him. Cop continues to fire until the last two shots to the head kill Brown who falls forward and slides forward some distance on street.

Or cop decides to literally execute a man in broad daylight who has his hands up pleading for his life in front of numerous witnesses for jaw walking?

I find the latter to be about as likely as tick jerking off to a W poster above his bed.

So far the "witnesses" interviewed on TV who said he was shot in the back as he ran away or that he was kneeling with is hands up have been utterly shredded by just the preliminary autopsy report. I just hope there is clear evidence either way. It won't matter to the race hustlers, and there will be more riots just like Rodney King verdict.

One thing is clear punching a cop and trying to get his gun is going to lead to bad things for all involved.

Second: Every damn cop car in America should have dash cameras at the very least. Even just audio would clear up much of this.

Exactly. They have already started robbing the stores. That is just the beginning. Ferguson has much worse days of rioting ahead. We are looking at LA circa 1992, all over again...

And do remember I am the 4th amendment defender and despise how the 4th as been encroached by the war on drugs. I hate no knock raids and the militarization of the police.

you think a "mob" that is interested in stealing LCD TVs (while they are rioting) are going to stop doing so just because the President tells them the cop was innocent? Ha. No way. Its over for them in Ferguson.

They are going to need more cops. The city will burn. Al and Jesse are there to make money. They don't make any money if the cop is innocent.

Yes I'm sure you are right tick. Maybe Brown was just innocently playing that game of "Knock Out" with the cop?

Maybe not by itself, but the robbery video, broken bones in face, wild shot fired in car equal Brown clearly had no respect for authority (quote Cartman here) and he crossed a HUGE line by assaulting a cop and at least gave the cop the impression he was after his gun. If Brown then turned back and actually charged at the cop, what is he supposed to think or do? A 6'4" 300 lb man punched me in the face and went after my gun. He is now charging at me and has already went after my gun. The cop is in a huge physical mis-match and fears for his life and starts firing.
