USC assistant coach resigns
Associated Press
LOS ANGELES -- Southern California defensive secondary coach Willie Mack Garza has resigned, citing personal reasons.
Garza announced his resignation Thursday, two days before the Trojans' season opener against Minnesota.
He joined the USC staff in January 2010, leaving Tennessee along with head coach Lane Kiffin, assistant head coach Monte Kiffin and defensive coordinator Ed Orgeron.
Garza is a former defensive back at Texas. He says he has "some personal issues unrelated to USC that I need to address."

Steve Sarkisian said last week that if he were an NFL GM, he'd take Matt Barkley over Andrew Luck. So far tonight, Barkley's making Sarkisian look like a sage, although it bears keeping in mind that Luck doesn't have a single wide receiver with the athleticism of Robert Woods, Marquise Lee, or George Farmer.

USC shows up to a prearranged bowl dinner with GT over an hour late. GT gets up and walks out when they arrive

Excellent. I would have too. And you have to think that being that late was intentional when you consider who the USC(w) coach is...

The GT players should've each taken a dump on the plates of the USC players before they left...

I've long thought that Mack Brown wasted more talent than anyone in the nation. Lame Kitten has now changed that thought! Pathetic doesn't even describe how fundamentally poor USC is coached. Chizik could win more than 7 games with their talent.
