Fix it

You're gonna have to teach me how to do that one day.

Its right there man...in the green code section. 575 and 324 are the specified height and width. Any video with a flash player will work in that format, just copy the url, put flash tags around it and enter the height and width after the equal sign.

Youtube video will work if you just put the youtube id# between "youtube" tags.
