Rumor Two: The NCAA is finally getting ready to send a Letter of Inquiry and Notice of Infractions to Carolina. Some state that John Blake will be mentioned often in the documents, which is going to be bad. The good news is that Carolina has come across as being "proactive" in dealing with all of this, and that certainly helps with the Gestapo...errr, the NCAA.

The good news is that Carolina claims to be "proactive" in dealing with all of this, meanwhile it's busy destroying all the evidence and appealing every ncaa ruling so that by the time the truth actually comes out no body will remember or care and we can continue to claim to be holier than thou while cheating our asses off.

It's not our fault that State didn't figure out how to do this, which is astounding when you consider that the NCAA has conducted four major investigations of the NCSU Athletic Department.
