the fans aren't cheering for Jay Z or Drake (don't forget Lebron attending our games), they are cheering because they are participating in our games - and the fans are savvy enough to know having those people courtside keeps the recruiting pipeline flowing. That and not doing dumb shit like cutting down the nets after a loss.

sorry, I don't normally rant on Indiana but Clappy and their fans has got on my last nerve.

Give me a fucking break. They are Big Ten Co-Champs no matter what happens against Michigan. If they beat Michigan, they win it outright. They cut the nets down cause it was senior night and that was the time to do it for the fans.

It would have been nice to have a win for sure but get the fuck over yourselves.

Sorry BRM but holding Senior Night festivities after the last home game is honestly, stupid. Honor them before the game, that brings emotion, which IU lacked last night. I get that it's been 20 years since IU even had their hands on a BIG Whatever Regular Season Trophy but come the fuck on. That was fucking awkward & even you know it.

Last year's Kentucky's Lady Kats roundball team cut down the nets after winning the SEC. I can see that being OK for the gals but definitely not for the guys -- unless you're a 2nd or 3rd tier program.
