can't understand how unc gets a pass on this.

This is the million dollar question. Why is U*NC getting away with this while any other university would have hammered into dust by now?

Emmert doesn't have the integrity or the balls to do it.

There is the answer to your question

Lots of people have questioned whether the NCAA had any authority to act against PSU in that instance at all. The State of Pennsylvania is suing the NCAA right now. What can U*NC do if the NCAA comes back and hammers them? Nothing.

really good interview with Mike Tyson from Bill Simmons and Jalen Rose.

Tyson continues to show alot more depth as he gets older.

Bilas calling for Emeret's resignation was classic. Maybe if Jay was the head of the NCAA, he'd go after unc and serve justice on those cheaters.

The 'C' in unc will now forever be known as CHEAT.

Canadian basketball transfers subjected to racism from Kentucky high school fans

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/highschoo ... 12886.html
After tagging Cordia (Hazard, Ky.) High players Emmanuel Owootoah and Marlon King -- both Canadian transfers of Caribbean descent -- in Facebook and Twitter posts featuring a burning flag and a noose hanging over the oh-so-creative phrase "[Expletive] Canada," Knott County Central (Hindman, Ky.) High students began chanting "USA!" prior to a district championship game between the two schools on Friday, according to reports published on Kentucky.com and ZagsBlog.com (h/t Big Lead).
But what about the fact that Eduardo and Jessica Flores, who serve as guardians to both Owootoah and King, have bullet holes in their back door, a smashed mailbox and report "repeated" attacks on the children, according to the ZagsBlog.com report?

One would have to visit Knott County and their citizens to fully understand the article....... Could have easily filmed Justified there instead of Harlan County. Similar incident happened at our HS a few weeks ago. We have a 6'8" foreign exchange student from Serbia playing for our HS team and the visiting team's fans, around 20 or so, starting chanting USA, USA, USA with about 2 minutes to go in the game that they had led from the opening tip. We ended up winning by 3.

Did the NCAA go after Harvard wins last year in their cheating scandal,

it was a class offered at UNC, it was and easy class but there was no real cheating, I took basic math in college for my math credit we only got to basic pre Algebra it was an easy A for me.

and I dont have to prove UNC basketball players did not take the class you have to prove they did and what years.

I hope we beat Arkansas tomorrow

I don't think we will. People just get way to optimistic about this team after a win.
