actually I'm the kind of guy that needs a project. I get restless if I don't have something going on.

I stopped visiting my in-laws because they started taking advantage of my restlessness. Dump me out at their house 20 miles from civilization with no car and then expect me to build a green house or tile their kitchen floor (both of which I did, btw)

I bet they didn't buy you Sees candy either!!! My shower was dripping--sound drove me crazy as it is off the master bedroom--I bought a new shower head and paid a plumber to replace it--two screws to undo, shower head relaced, 2 screws replaced --less than 10 mins and $125.00---I would have tried it myself (probably flooded the place--but it was when my leg was still in a splint) My husband has ONE job in the house I insist he is capable of doing--changing dead lightbulbs---(we have 10 ft ceilings and I hate ladders even though I do all the painting and decorating) when it gets to the point that so many are dead and even the cats need to use white sticks to get around the house I have to throw a hissy and he changes them. He did build a greenhouse at our old house with a kit--it fell down the next day and laid there in pieces for months!

I assume your husband had some qualities that make up for his lack of hands on house working ability

they've been around awhile but I've never had the need to go into one until today.

My wife dragged me into a GFS. I think that stands for Gordon Food Service? Anyways..those are pretty nice stores for prepackaged foods. Not so much on fresh vegetables and the like but kind of a small food version of Costco without the membership fees or mexicans.

Also, Rat & Mook, I"ve been hitting this Indian grocery store next to the Tile Shop off the Sharonville exit. If you like Indian food - prepackaged or the basic ingredients to cook with, that is a nice place. I've been on Paneer Makhani bender for the last few days (as evidence by an earlier post)

Now I have spots for Mexican , Chinese and Indian. Of course I guess I could just go to Jungle Jims.

I now believe I only have about 3 years left if that. Hell, I always thought I was lucky to make 21.

This was a year ago. It was night and he was sober. It had started snowing and he slipped and fell about 70 feet. He was very experienced there. One of the guys who was with him thinks he may have had a heart attack because he grabbed his chest a second before he fell.
