Figured you were a strictly white meat kind of guy with that BJU background, but glad to know you're a fine of the thighs club too.

been taking some road trips lately and using the time to listen to podcasts.

Listened to a great one about Doc Holiday. They really should do a movie just about him.

Mother got TB when he was a teenager, devoted his life to taking care of her, diagnosed with TB at the age of 22 just after graduating to become a dentist (becoming a dentist took like maybe 6 months back then), fucked his first cousin so good that when he left her, she went on to become a nun and never wanted to be with another man. When he was told he had TB (consumption), they told him he had anywhere from 6 months to 2 years to live, but to get the 2 years he needed to move out west. Ended up living 14 years, but believed he would die at any time and didn't want to die of consumption so he was lead man with a gun every time.

Was in a small town, maybe Prescott, where a guy named Dirty Dave Rudabaugh was about to kill Wyatt Earp, had him outnumbered 3-1. Holiday didn't really know Earp too well but hated Rudabaugh and decided to step in. Earp was eternally grateful and that's why he allowed Holiday to do whatever he wanted regardless of whether it was legal or not. There is so much more to it, but Holiday killed men without much thought and was smart enough to know how to get out of it. Was as adept with a knife as he was a gun. Ended up throwing big nose Kate out, Sheehan got her drunk and had her say that he killed a town jeweler who was actually killed by the Clantons. The Clantons were cattle rustlers who would steal cattle in Mexico and bring them over the border. The president was being told by Mexico if he didn't do something about it, they'd have a border war, so Garfield and Arthur wanted Earp to bring them to justice. They deputized Virgil and he included Wyatt and Morgan. After Kate sobered up she recanted her account. Eventually Holiday was released from jail with the help of Bat Masterson and he was so pissed he hunted down Old Man Clanton (this was after the OK Corral). Whether he killed him or not is speculation but Holiday has alot of speculation kills with evidence saying he did. Old Man Clanton was cornered in Guatalupe and was shot in a canyon.

and no, he never had a documented shootout with Jonny Ringo. They were about to but a constable stepped in and broke it up. Ringo was found dead outside a road in tombstone, apparent suicide much later - brought on by being drunk and losing his horse- although he did have a knife cut to his head which cannot be accounted for

Earp and Holliday had a falling out and went their separate ways shortly after Earp killed Curly Bill. Holliday accused Earp of turning into a Jew-Boy and Earp didn't take kindly to it.

After that Holliday went into Have Gun Will Travel mode and was hired to run off saloon keepers who had their business along a strip of land that the railroad wanted.

Near the end of his life, he shot a man because he couldn't pay him the $5 he owed him.

The new Alien movie is legit. In a brave new world of crap movies, thank God for Ridley Scott.

None of you except maybe ATM will appreciate this.

I'm a huge Samurai Jack fan.. This has a very SJ feel to it, if Genndy Tartakovsky dedicated his time to high end computer graphics.

Its well done.

also, just finished watching a movie called Monkey Man. He's kind of an Indian John Wick, well. alot like an Indian John Wick

but there is a scene in an elevator that is awesome. They speak English most of the movie but the scatter it with Hindi. Its doesn't take away from the story , and the story isn't all that original anyways but the John Wick style fight scene at the end is worth the time.

Damn straight.

Saying goodbye to someone you love who dies of Alzheimer's, they are dead up to 10 years (or more) before they are actually dead. That is because their mind is gone and they don't even know who their loved ones are anymore. And they keep on breathing. The brain has just vanished, functioning only to keep the other organs alive.

It's pretty terrible for those around the person who has it.
