$300K is not enough money to make me do anything decently uncomfortable, let alone keep my face in the press after 3/4 of a city hated my guts and 5% of the country dressed as me for Halloween that year. I guess I've been in NYC too long.

Fuck yeah, I feel like the Orioles just won the World Series. Probably the closest they'll get in the next couple of decades. I'll take it. Eat shit Boston.

Looks I'll be taking the Rays cap to Dallas Friday with my A&M gear.

that dude in the grey jogging suit next to Bartman not only goes after the ball just as hard but then gives up Bartman to the security guards when they come down the first time.

One of the things that irritated me the most was the fact they kicked him out, as though the rules say that not only can you not reach into the field (I can understand this), but that you can't reach out your hands in the stands which is clearly what Bartman did. Alou was reaching into the stands, not the other way around.

Have you seen Astros baseball the last two years? There's only one other thing to jump on or from, as far as they're concerned.

I don't see why more fools aren't jumping on the Tiggers bandwagon. Probable MVP in Cabrera, best pitcher in baseball, and a manager who completely sucks at his job yet smokes like a chimney in the clubhouse tunnel betwixt innings. What else could you want in a playoff team?

Not a fan, more indifferent at this stage. At best, my only interest is the underdog city.

The Rays do things mostly the right way...you know the way the Astros used to do them...

I'm fairly convinced that MLB is going to kibosh the sale of the Astros, which sucks ass, because I'm pretty sure he's planning on bringing either/or/both Hunsicker and Friedman to Houston.
