I had a thrombosed hemorrhoid that had to be surgically removed. The surgeon who did it went "holy shit" when he pulled the clot out.

both my dad and brother had surgery. I thought I had dodged a bullet being in my 50's. got my first one about 4 months ago.

been trying to mix things up at the house
I've had 2 good friends have heart attacks in the past 2 years, so given my noticeable girth, everyone is telling me to change my ways. Some have suggested the Medditerean Diet instead of Keto. Everyone in the house agreed to it so we've been on it for a little over a week now.
Last night we had mint lamb with artichoke provencal . I enjoyed it, my wife, not so much
She complained all night about her stomach and being gassy. This morning out of frustration before she went to work she screamed "I WISH I COULD JUST POOP!"
so probably not having mint lamb anytime soon

well I have cut out sugar, and way back on bread. Closest thing I eat to anything sweet now is almonds
