Finally, a foot-in-mouth story to get the focus off Biden and the non-message of Obammer....the press is relieved.

According to the AP, 20 other Republican lawmakers, staffers, and spouses went undie-dipping in the night surf. Boy/girl hijinx...not church-approved.
Sounds like Wilbur Mills, Fannie Fox and the Tidal Basin.

Actually frolicking and playing the fool is probably not a bad idea for some pols. Makes them seem more like the rest of us....and maybe less likely to fleece us in favor of their early-retirement stash.

Besides, DUI-Kennedys, madams/hookers, and page sextings are played.

I then stated an indisputable fact, that the liberals have used greed and jealousy to their advantage for years (that's what class warfare and "wealth redistribution" are).

But you are the one that said liberals lacked morals. I didn't make a distinction, I said people that would steal that money lacked morals.

See the difference? By virtue of not taking the money back they proved they didn't have morals, specifically where other peoples money was concerned.
The indisputible fact is that too many politicians use their position as overseers of the public trust to feather their own nest.

Whereas your $10 Walmart nonsense is pure fiction . Except now you'll tell me you personally know some oprama voter who cheated WM out of a tenner.

No, just stating the fact that someone that would steal 10 bucks from wally world, or the bank, or the gas station lacks the moral fiber needed to put the country before their own finances. Just using it as an example of someone doing what benifitted them instead of the right thing (returning the money is the right thing, anything else is stealing).

I can promise you any time I have ever said I personally knew someone that did something or whatever it was 100% true.

Hold on - "steal"? You don't know the state of mind of the imaginary person with the $10 windfall. You better give them an imaginary apology.

I'm tellin' ya, Hack may have to rethink his 9:1 theory. The Washington Post is leaning more and more in his direction...

Doesn't matter their "state of mind" if they don't take it back they stole it.

A conservative would take the $10 and invest it in a hedge fund. He'd also call the Walmart and have the errant cashier fired. That would make it right.

My local Stop & Rob sells my favorite wine for $9.99. (cheap but it gets the job done & I like it). Its owned by a relative of the guy Homer Simpson buys his booze from but he's a really nice guy & his wife always gives me free lighter. But on Sundays he doesn't sell wine. Its a Shell station. Meanwhile down the road the local chain Stop & Rob (UDF-United Dairy Farmers) owned by Carl Lindner, a local Billionaire (dead now) sell the same wine and on Sundays after one but he charges $13.99 for the same thing.

UDF probably gets a better price too considering the amount they buy against Habibs. Habib is making a profit at his price as he should. UDF is just raping me.

So if zit faced teenager at UDF gives me an actual $10 extra in change by mistake (which has happened a few times) sometimes I keep it and don't say a word. Unless the chick is cute, then I let her know quietly. Sometimes you can get a free doughnut if she's working mornings.

Sad that Will feels he has to touch all of the conservative bases. His heart really isn't in AGW...asked about this summer's record heat and drought, he replied "it's SUMMER, get over it!" At least he didn't shake his fist...there were no kids on his lawn, either.
