I can imagine a mall that has an anchor grocery story, and other empty store fronts converted into a daycare center, gym, a car wash in the parking lot and add maybe 200 apartments

the idea you don't have to go outside to get groceries when its 90 or 12 degrees has some appeal

I was going to post that earlier, but I wasn't interested in getting another disparaging remark from hedge. Yeah they are out of the market.

There has never, EVER been such a wonderful time (socially) for the top 10% of males. They get ALL the play in their bachelorhood. All of it. They have a harem. Technology means that they (and ONLY they) get a "sweep right." And the women that share them, in many cases those women KNOWINGLY share a man. Polygamy is back thanks to technology.
