Put the pork butt in a deep dish, season it however you want and then pour vinegar over it (enough that there's an inch or so in the bottom of the dish) and put it in the oven at 350 around noon. It'll be ready to eat when you get home from work. Put it on broil for a few minutes if you want to get the top crispy...

last woman I was with that had 4 margaritas , she spilled the last one on her new dress I bought her earlier that day , got so drunk she dragged my ass into a ghetto bar where we were the only white people and I had visions of "mind if we share yo date" moments, talked shit to me about how she was going to fuck my brains out on the drive back to the hotel while waving her panties around in the car only to pass out naked on the bed just before blasting a huge fart, then the next morning accuses me of having anal sex with her while she was passed out.

That was my last 4 margarita night with any woman

and she still wishes me a happy birthday every year on facebook

Went and got some blood work last week, the liver numbers were elevated. Went to the doctor yesterday for a follow up, he was alarmed at how much the numbers had gone up, but I told him I had just gotten back from 10 days in the Bahamas the day before the blood work, he was like "did you have more than 5 drinks a day while you were down there?" I was like "You mean before lunch? Yeah. Than I really got down to business." He said the the blood work was worthless, come back in 6 weeks. I'm going to switch to juice for the next 6 weeks and see what happens. Well, one thing already happened, I just spilled beet juice on my white shirt. Guess I'll be wearing black shirts for awhile...

I'm pretty religious about getting bloodwork done every 6 months.

Well, normal isn't great for me, but maybe they won't be alarming. It was kinda an eye-opener though. I'm going to quit drinking for about 6 weeks and stick to juice and salads and see what that gets me. I was 235 lbs. in clothes and shoes yesterday, I bet I'll lose 10-15 lbs. just from not drinking...

I"ve been doing Keto since the Denver trip

I'm down 20 pounds which is nice - my clothes fit, but sadly I still have 20 more to go. Its going to be a long summer

There are times, especially now with it warm, that I'm dying for a fountain drink Coke

but giving up sugar hasn't been that tough. Once you get into a routine of what to eat, you don't really think about it

I had a lettuce wrapped burger at five guys today.

Since I fucked up my ankle though, I can't exercise as much so losing the weight has been a snails pace this time around.
