Yeah, y'all were getting skull-dragged last I saw.

Alabama, on the other hand, won the 2K Classic by beating Oregon State and Nova!!!!!

It was a pretty bad matchup for us, especially at this point of the season, but we got killed worse than we should to any mid major team.

"if Chuck ever comes back, tell him 'Bye!""

Is that a reference to Tombstone?

I came to find De Gaulle's thoughts on the Maryland move, but find out that he's missing as well.

Anyway, St. John's played Baylor tough until about the five minute mark, then forgot how to guard and shoot. Not a winning recipe. Still, that's a pretty young team that is going to get awfully good this season.

I hate cats, but that is awesome. It's at the level of what I would expect to see in Rat's 'shroom thread.

I like how they cut back to Wyatt as if he is having to suffer this added indignity in silence...

Yeah, what's up, Jonky? Do you post in other forums or did you give it up completely?

I don't post much anywhere really. Maybe on the Hoops Dynasty coaches corner, but that doesn't really count. Cappel even left that world recently.

Does anyone know what happened to Ron Mexico? I always enjoyed his posts, as dude knew his ACC Basketball. Maybe he knew Maryland's secession plan and has been schoolin' up on Big Ten/Eleven/Twelve/Fourteen history.

What do ACC folks think about the Maryland departure? Makes perfect sense from a Maryland perspective. It's not like playing Clemson and Wake Forest were filling up Byrd Stadium.

I emailed D'gaul, haven't heard back from him yet. As I told him, I don't have much of an opinion on conference affiliation, mainly b/c I've never thought about it. And now that I think about it, I still don't have much of an opinion...

I would like to see UNC and UVA in the SEC and thats all I really care about as far as the ACC goes.

I would think the B1G would only further expand into areas that are contiguous with current members. With Rutgers and Maryland joining, that would include UVA (an academic fit with what the B1G is trying to do) and that's about it.

I wonder if Syracuse or Pitt are thinking they may have been a little premature with their moves to the ACC.
