I've never been a big cereal eater, but eating a bowl of cheerios each morning has made me a set your clock by it pooper now.

I just can't eat anything before noon. I mean I can, but I have zero desire to, and if it's not put in front of me I damn sure ain't preparing it myself. And by prepare I mean pouring a bowl of cereal and milk. Sometimes the MIF is tricking the dogs into taking a pill by embedding it in peanut butter. If I walk by during that, I'll have a spoonful of peanut butter, but that's all I can handle...

I think in general women are more breakfast people than men, then having kids makes breakfast more important -

I pass a McDonalds on my way to work and for about 3 months straight, I'd get two sausage mcmuffins and a diet coke for $4 - which is cheap eating by todays standards. Then I got blood work done and cholesterol was 268. I had to stop.

Last week it was 146 on my cheerios and $4.99 Costco roasted chicken diet. I can also fit back into all my clothes again.

I haven't eaten anything from McDonalds or the like in like 20 years, but my cholesterol was over 300 last time I had my blood work done. Doctor put me on a low dose statin and a month later it was 225...

Working on a car today trying to bend a shock stud, the lever gave way and I went ass over tea kettle and fucked up my ankle. It hurts so bad that I have chills sitting here in the couch.

I do have video of a bar breaking loose and smacking me in the nuts trying to loosen a screw, then I proceed to roll around on the driveway for a good 2 minutes.
