I did watch that Kentucky Access show this morning.
I can't see the appeal to the show to anyone other than UK fans and potential recruits. ESPN describes it as a Hard Knocks but Cal isn't going to let them see anything that casts the program in a bad recruiting light.
Anyways, Ryan Harrow has a voice of a 5th grader. I'm not sure how Cal expects him to be barking orders to these guys when he sounds like Rosie Perez

I have no doubt you're ignoring the scandal as hard as you can. Doesn't mean it's not there, and sure as heck doesn't mean it's going away. As far as sass....how do you figure you sticking your fingers in your ears and going "I'm not listening, I'm not listening" equals sass?

So now you've said that this whole thing has me "squirming" (the idea of which seems to delight you) and now you're saying you're sure I'm ignoring the whole thing. Get your story straight...

I said you're trying to ignore it. But you see those headlines and get that uncomfortable feeling in your gut even though you refuse to read the article.

Trying? Underlined, even? Really?
"I have no doubt you're ignoring the scandal as hard as you can."
I don't see anything about "trying" in there. Ah well...
"But you see those headlines and get that uncomfortable feeling in your gut"
The only uncomfortable feeling I get is when I think about dumbass State fans, well, almost anytime. But I just go take a shit and it goes away. I wish it was that easy to get rid of State fans, but ya'll are a tenacious bunch. Losing will do that to you, I guess...

It was pretty clear that it was not academic fraud because plenty of non athletes took those classes,
No one as take the major on the hoops team of late it is gone and done with,
Mark Emmertt is not going to touch UNC and I am not sure he is going after Miami either he as shit storm coming is way and that might shut down the NCAA.

Well you have two options Goldie. Either the classes were set up to keep athlete eligible or the whole fucking University is a goddamn fraud. Allowing students to receive A's for doing little to no work is the very antithesis of a "top-flight public university" I've taken classes at my local community college and every class required a syllabus, class meetings, exams, and a review of the course material by the School. The "easy" classes I took at State has syllabi, met regularly, had assignments, exams etc. The classes at U*NC I'm talking about had none of the above. U*NC is a fucking joke. Follow blindly, I dont give a fuck.

I've known about that for a couple of days. It led to the Heels football Wiki page getting hacked. There's tons of stuff I dont post over here. A U*NCheat player plagiarizing is boring at this point. The fun stuff right now is the SBI investigation into Tami-the-ho's use of aircraft own by a non-profit, and Kupec's use of some of the $4B he raised over the years.

I'm loving how last week with UK landing the Harrison twins , Lee and Young, the one and done rule was ruining college basketball and now UNC fans are thinking Wiggins is just the kid they need to compete next year.

It's only ruining college basketball if they're not going to Carolina...

Roy was in West Virginia this week talking to Wiggins. Word is that Wiggins wants to be the man wherever he goes and that's going to be hard to do at UK. I'm not getting my hopes up, but at least things have opened up in his recruitment...

At first Wiggins said he didn't have a problem playing at UK (sharing time with recruits), but then James Young committed to UK. I'm not sure if Wiggins didn't think Young would go there or not but almost immediately after word was out that Young was going to UK, Wiggins put the word out he wanted UNC and Kansas to recruit him.
Some UK fans are saying he is doing that to keep his profile high - kids that are heavily recruited by the big programs get more perks than kids that just do their thing , but Wiggins doesn't really have any competition. From what I hear the difference between him and everyone else is pretty far.
I have to believe that doesn't bode well for UK.
The biggest question Roy has to answer is - will he let Wiggins do his thing within his system. Roy may just be in a recruiting bind enough to cave on the kid and tell him what he wants to hear, similar to what I think happened at Duke with Austin Rivers. He is going to have to offer the kid playing time against veterans Roy already has at that position. The "Carolina Way" may just yet again be compromised for the sake of winning.
Whoever gets this kid is going to be happy they did. People rave about him - like 10X more than Kidd-Gilchrist.

He'd be a perfect fit at Carolina next year as far as both parties are concerned: A great, veteran supporting cast in need of a superstar...

I sure as hell hope we go hard after Wiggins. We didn't look good at all in the exhibition game last night. It's time to bring in the one & done studs, Roy.
