Carrollton is very near some of my family in Temple, one of which follows college football recruiting fairly close. They say the kid is very fast and should be a good one. Of course they use Rivals, not Scout.

Rivals has some disreputable billing practices.

Normally I eschew Rivals. They are well-known for their pro-Bama slant and their disreputable business practices.
But this story proves that even a broken clock is right twice a day:

With the plans to revamp conference scheduling in the SEC, there was concern that the annual rivalry games between Auburn and Georgia, as well as Alabama and Tennessee, might be discontinued. That would have been tragic. Looks like that tragedy has been averted:

The Saban must have ordered Slive to preserve his orange and white tackling dummies for his future amusement.

Tradition should not be messed with. Those two games are as important as any in the entire SEC slate. Throw in FL / GA and you have the trifecta. It's my understanding Saban used the same note about wives and children the REC delivers to the refs before a football game. Saban's power has surpassed anything Brando and Hollywood could have imagined as the leader of the Corleones. A glance... the raising of his index finger. It can get ugly quick.

I read where the Hat was complaining that LSU had to play Florida every year while MissSt got to play Kentucky as their permanent rival. Glad he said it, if UF did they'd be accused of ducking competition.

Greetings, slapdicks!
I've been away from here so long that I wasn't aware that Hizzy had passed away...damn sorry to hear it. That's two guys that I've "seen" around the boards since the CNN/SI days that have died this year.
Carry on.
