I have heard good things about the southern NC beaches, but the farthest I've ever gone is Carolina Beach. I prefer Morehead/Atlantic Beach to that, but I'd like to check out Ocean Isle, Holden Beach, etc...

Most people from Fayetteville tend to go to Holden or Wrightsville (makes sense given that 87 runs to Brunswick County and isn't far from Wilmington), but I have only been as far south as Carolina. I prefer Morehead/AB.

However, we are stuck going to the K-Mart by the Sea, Myrtle Beach. Her family has all of their places down there. I wish I could go back in time and have her great grandfather choose another beach to use for development so as to save me from going to that shithole.

I'm sure there is a trailer park down there that you'll fit in nicely with. Just like home.

North Myrtle has Captain Benjamin's Calabash seafood restaurant going for it. That place could make Doc puke from excessive gluttony.

Just saw where a shark attacked a kid on Ocean Isle Beach the day we left there. Yesterday two others were attacked by a shark on Oak Island just up the coast. Sounds like there's a shark problem there.

Actually I already thought about that, I was going to say something along the lines of "too bad Prof's vacation wasn't a week later", but I thought your kids might've been with you and I wish them no harm. They are blameless. You, OTOH...

Four weeks from this very moment, I will be tailgating and drinking beer. Four weeks and four hours from now, I will be ready to strangle Larry Fedora.

Two weeks of hope are left, and then, fourteen days and six hours from now, that hope will be gone.

At least I will have SC until UGa crushes them.

Not a bad showing by the Heels but he can't make that throw into the end zone.
