I actually like Alec Baldwin

but here is the thing about him and his social media presence.

If this had happened to someone he despises - lets say, for example , James Woods (I have no idea if he likes or dislikes James Woods but lets assume he does), he would be leading the charge for James to be punished or ostracized for this, and then in turn use it as a spring board for more gun control, etc

but the reality is if Alex Baldwin was well versed on gun safety measures, he wouldn't be in the position he is in. Had he taken an NRA gun safety class, he'd know this.

Its reasonable to assume that if someone tells you the gun is "cold" that you can handle it, but the first thing we were taught as kids is treat every gun as if it was loaded, and we were also taught its perfectly acceptable to get into someone's face for pointing a gun at you, even if they know its unloaded. There is a video of Will Smith on the set of Suicide Squad where someone has a prop gun and they swing it around where its facing him and he pushes it away and gives the guy shit for pointing it at him.

I can see a case where Alex Baldwin is arrested for involuntary manslaughter. It was reckless on his part.

First, fuck the NRA and its bullshit.

Habit and familiarity can cause folks to take shortcuts in the safety department, and I am sure that truth be told, something along those lines happened.

I would be shocked if no gun safety classes had been taught. In fact, I would be shocked if the studio / production company and insurer(s) did not require gun safety classes. Rest assured that the insurer is looking for any and all ways to kick coverage without incurring a viable bad faith claim.

my point is Baldwin, if he was in a position to handle guns and holds himself to the same standard he expects from the people he criticizes should have taken a gun safety class, and if he did, he should have paid attention during it.

lets say we're at a 4 way stop, and I tell the car left of me to go ahead, he pulls out and gets t-boned by a truck.

my fault? I wasn't in the wreck. I was telling him to go ahead of me, not to stop looking for oncoming traffic.

Now in this case, I assume there was an armorer on set who was responsible for the handling of guns, and why there was a live round in a gun on a movie set is beyond me to begin with, that said, regardless of what happened, Baldwin pulled that trigger. I agree its an accident and he didn't mean for it to happen- that's obvious, but he still pointed a gun a human being and pulled the trigger. He had an obligation to make sure that gun wasn't loaded.

I bet people have gone to jail for manslaughter for less responsibility than that.

Baldwin and most Hollywood types only give a fuck about the trending social justice causes and nothing else but themselves. They have more resources than most of the population but do little to nothing to help out their fellow man. With all the resources and money they have, they could tackle child/human trafficking but they won't cause they will bring people they know down.

Fuck'em, he deserves to live with this on his soul.

I will give it a shot because of Sheridan/Yellowstone, but I don't have high hopes for it.

Last night's Yellowstone episodes made up for the lack of action in Season 3. In fact, the first 15 minutes had more action than all of Season 3.

I like that Kacye just happened to have a percussion grenade nearby. LMAO

Also, I would do dirty, dirty things to Kelly Reilly (Beth Dutton).
