When AJ was drafted, I don't want to see him smearing and eating cake off of Katherine Webb's face. Other than Brent Musburger, who would?

Love the McCarron pick
Dalton needs someone on that team to scare the shit him enough to make better passing decisions.

If that was the case they would have drafted a QB who actually had a chance to take his job. AJ is injury insurance at best. I'd rather go with Campbell as a backup at this point. He knows Jackson's offense. Had his best years under him in Oakland.

Campbell isn't a winner

True but his best years were under Hue so if Dalton does go down. I'd rather he take over.

Yeah, that sounds like the way to get somebody to make better decisions, scare the shit out of him...

I think AA should be suspended from this board and forced to attend a sensitivity seminar

Seriously to suspend a player for texting OMG while viewing 2 men kissing during the NFL draft.............all he did was text what 95% of america was thinking.

The Fish kinda have a zero-tolerance policy on such things now. That said, I definitely understand what he meant by "OMG" and "Horrible". I don't care for all the kissing and licking in public, and it could have been a hetero couple, and I would have felt the same way.
Like I said yesterday, imagine the social media storm if AJ and Katherine Webb had played the same roles as Michael Sam and his partner did. Many people would have rightfully chided AJ for not having respect for the process and the NFL, and making this like the beginning of a Cinemax After Dark movie.

He's had his time to show he could develop into a QB that could take this team to the next level. They've surrounded him with a great offense and defense.

AJ will be an able back-up. He'll work hard and he is one of the most accurate QBs drafted with short to medium ranged passes. If that's your offense, he'll be fine.

I still think Dalton is the best QB we have, but I don't want him comfortable enough to think he can blow a game and not have to look over his shoulder.

There's no doubt that Dalton is the man.

I bet that gay players furture teammates don't want him to think he can blow opposing linemen without looking over his shoulder...

so you arrive to training camp for 2 weeks and they tell you your roomate is Sam
do you ask for another roommate.
I would
Its similar to the time I spent a month at NTC and slept with a female in the back of an ambulance for a week. they get just as horny as you do. you cant tell me homosexuals dont feel something when placed in a situation where they sepnd night after night woith someone of the same sex as I would if I spent night after night with a girl no matter what the circumstances. just saying

what I would worry about is that he is a 7th round draft pick
instead of being thankful the Rams picked him at all and gave him a chance, he might encounter some resistance on the team and then determine that he got cut, not because he wasn't pro material but he was gay leading to a lawsuit. He settles out of court for a cool $70 million.
The same thing with Royce White and the 76'ers - except his mental issues are the reason he isn't playing.
