They are great. My last time at Abrahm's Falls, me and a couple of others had to carry a lady out who had broken her leg. Harder than it sounds with those rocks.
We should have let the bears eat her.

I remember that episode.
Abrams Falls? Is that the hike you have to drive thru that one way loop to get to?
I drove that loop last year and every time there was a deer people stopped, got out of their cars and took pictures. Damn yankees.
I was kidding my wife about the LeConte hike. "We're in the kill zone now, if you go down I can't help you!" I would have helped someone with a broken leg but I wouldn't have been happy about it.

I start vacation saturday--first 4 days in steamboatsprings colo watching a littleleague national baseball tourney. plan on hiking and being chased by bears. then going to vegasfor 4 days and LA to help the kid move for a week. by the time i get back profootball will be up and running
