tonights movie on Hulu was "The man who killed Hitler, then Bigfoot" starring Sam Elliot and Ron Livingston.

its a little preachy for my taste but with that title and cast, I had to watch. I figured Sam Elliot must have owed someone a bunch of money, but its actually a surprising movie. Hitler and Bigfoot are the backdrop to the pain Elliot lives thru for the decision he made in life. Kind of a Bridges of Madison County with Nazi's and a Pandemic spread thru bigfoot pooping in the wild.

last nights movie was first, Killers Anonymous which I could tolerate for about 15 minutes and had to stop. It was going nowhere. Gary Oldam was in it so I thought it had potential. Him and a gratuitous lesbian fight scene couldn't keep me any longer than that.

Then I switched over to a movie called Spinning Man with Guy Pearce, Pierce Brosnan and Minnie Pierce Driver. I don't know what the fuck was going on in this movie, It plodded along and kept you thinking there would be some big twist at the end, and the suspense thriller kept you in suspense until they revealed the big twist was exactly as the focal point of the story claimed it would end at the start of the movie, but since it was Guy Pearce they had to keep throwing in Memento scenes which completely derailed the flow. At the mid point of the movie I was also shopping for throw pillows on Amazon

Also, Minnie Driver must have got a nose job. She was basically unrecognizable to me. Either she got a nose job or her head grew larger.

about once a year I watch this and every time I end up laughing out loud.

Norm McDonald when he moves over the "secondary" guest on a talk show

Tried to watch a movie called Hard Kill last night with Bruce Willis.

Willis has created this niche market for himself where he will get star billing in a movie that he only makes token appearances for because the other actors are unknowns. This is the 3rd film I've seen like this where he is in maybe 1/4 of the movie, most of his scenes are him just standing or sitting - like they aren't paying him enough to walk. I can't believe he put his name to this piece of shit though, for any amount of money. The villian in the movie doesn't have a name, he is called the "The Pardoner" and I'm not sure they explain why, and Willis is a tech giant who hires a team of ex military to protect him from the villian forcing him to give up his tech secrets, of course the team includes a big tittied gal with neon blue hair , because that's what I think of when I think of military commandos. I'm guessing her hair is blue because she is shooting a japanese anime music video later that day. I think the director hired the rest of the cast from the group that detailed his car that morning. The writing is horrible. At one point I was fast forwarding thru the dialog scenes just to watch the fight scenes, and even they sucked. I've also noticed in these low budget movies they dress the secondary actors all alike in tactical gear and face masks. I'm guessing that is because you just keep killing the same guys over and over again without hiring more than like 3 of them.

I can't tell you how it ends, only that it didn't end soon enough.

This movie has inspired me to create a rating system of things I'd rather do than watch this movie.

This movie is rated vacuum the house
