They hardly even needed to photoshop the new Texas coach's face on that Blazing Saddles parody, he looks like Clevon Little (or at least that face they pasted in does)...

Petrino will OWN Kentucky again, just like he did at Louieville the first time and also Arkie and WKU. Way to go Mitch.

lets be honest - who hasn't owned Kentucky in football. Its not an exclusive club for Louisville.

Yeah, that's like scorning Mitch for not hiring Saban...

Kentucky football is a joke... always has been always will be. I can see Louieville going on a 10-15 game run on UK like UT and UF have done, especially if Petrino is there for 10+ years. Barnhart and Stoops will be fired if UK doesn't win in the next 5 years.

Heh, what in Petrino's recent work history leads you to believe he'll be there 10+ years?

Nope. It's clear Mike Brown has his yes man for years to come. To be fair to Marvin, if you look at this team 10 years ago you would be like, "Holy shit, they went from that to the playoffs 3 straight years?" Marvin will one day make some team a great GM. That's his future. But he refuses to move up until he wins a Super Bowl. I get that but he also has to understand that it needs to happen next year or the GM thing is take it or leave it & were hiring a new Head Coach. That puts it on Dalton too. Yes, He, Peyton & Matt Ryan all lost their 1st 3 playoff games. They say it clicks in year 4. I guess we're gonna find out. Still need to find a backup though in case he gets hurt. 3 years without getting hurt is a blessing.

What year did it click for Kenny Anderson? Year 5 or 6? I honestly don't remember, and that's who Dalton reminds me the most of. Hoping he reaches that ceiling.

in a way I am excited because I think they've reached their ceiling with the personnel they have in place.

But that said I'm not overly optimistic that the new coordinators will click and things go right.

What is our schedule like next year?

Maybe one of these years the Bengals will run up against the Houston Oilers in the playoffs again so they can win a playoff game.
