Moegle's ran for 265 yards in that game on only 11 carries which was the Cotton Bowl record until 2008.

Smart man Bear Bryant. Refused to schedule the Owls again.
Haha. Actually, Bama and Rice were in talks several years ago, but Rice was in the process of joining a new conference and were unsure of the sched.
If Rice makes a bowl game again, maybe we can be matched up.

Congratulations. Figured he wouldn't stay in Houston. They weren't going to pay him $4 milion a year.

All this talk of Philly SB appearances make me resigned to the fact that we'll sniff the final Sunday with a Conf Championship game, then all my 215ers will end the night pissed and only slightly disappointed because we figured shit would not bounce our way.
Also, these bitches better pay Desean

No doubt Philly made the best moves. Cincy, embarrassing.

The Bearcats need to be recruiting some defensive players.

But they have all 11 starters back! (from a team that had 4 wins.)
Yes, they need D for wins. But they do need entertaining offense as well to keep butts in the seats of the Wrigley of college football.

UC is expected to add another four-star recruit Friday when running back Dennis Norfleet of Detroit’s Martin Luther King High makes his formal announcement.
So, there is like a 99% chance that kid is white, right?
UC still is in the running for three-star linebacker Laron Taylor of Detroit’s Cass Tech. He is expected to decide Friday between UC and Iowa.
So that would be some D. Plus, it would allow some mockery of CMAC. Double bonus!
Also that Latwan Anderson kid is a S/DB, but he may wind up not being academically eligible.

A white RB from a Detroit High School named after MLK would be one of life's great statistical oddities...

I know, that was the joke. I refuse to use emoticons to indicate saracasm... or anything else.
The only way he could be blacker is if he was named Latwan instead of Dennis.

you could have vince lombardy, john walsh, tom landry, and bill bellicheck on your staff and it's not going to make any difference.

John Walsh? The "America's Most Wanted" guy? Or did you mean Bill Walsh. Strangely, either fit.

Although, Lombardi, (Bill) Walsh, and Landry wouldn't be much help coaching now.
