...or don't give a shit if he was? If they were honest, an accurate poll would no doubt reflect a large majority.

Hell, what percentage think that something other than Muslim terrorists, piloting hijacked jet airliners, brought down the twin towers on 9/11? What percentage think long-term changes in temperatures are caused by man? What percentage think the 2nd Amendent exists to protect the government's right to bear arms? As I said, the dumber the better.

Obama's own publicist once stated that he was born in Kenya. I can't imagine what ever could have given him that idea, but it seems Republicans aren't the only ones who have been confused about that particular question.

Thank goodness for those shovel ready jobs, because he continues socializing big business by not taxing their asses as foreign corporations as they continue to outsource. Not much different from Bush two for that one is he.

Other than socializing the losses of banks, what evidence to you have to back that bullcrap up?
Socializing the automotive industry. Socializing medicine, which means Romney is a piece of shit socialist also. Hell, he's even socializing his oil buddies pocket books. Fuckin' oil men.
How is loaning money to a sector of our economy (the automotive industry) that is vital to national security an example of socialism?

How is Obomneycare socialism?

I agree that Romney is a piece of shit.

Any yes, Obama is socializing big oil too.

No, Bush 2 was definitely American. He just needed a little more red neck.

Whoever misprinted a brochure stating oprama was of Kenya origin has since been made aware of their error. Plus, they've seen his certificate of live birth.

Meanwhile, 1 out of 3 repubs don't believe the birth certificate, and like Donald Trump. are tea-total bonafide birthers. And yes - that IS a shitload of people "confused about the question" - as Hack puts it - of the president's birthplace. Tens of millions...fuckdumb and shit-stupid. Thanks for the concession.

You don't consider "tax the piss out of whoever is working to pay for this shit" a re-distribution of wealth? Don't get me wrong, I believe insurance companies hold a large blame for our country's health care "crisis". But Obomneycare ain't the answer.

Either the US legal residence citizenry gets what congress and the president has, or congress and the president get what they try to push off on all of their "constituents." It's not feasible for every legal US resident to get what congress gets for health insurance, therefore they do not deserve it.

Well it IS kind of hard to believe.... Why did it take so long to produce? Why wasn't it produced before his entrance to the presidential race was accepted? Why do some people believe you shouldn't have to produce a voter's registration card and photo ID before receiving a ballot? Why is his birth certificate signed by U K la Lee?

Heh...misprinted brochure.

Someone told the person what to put on it and somebody approved it.

Just sad that nobody found it until now and real funny that it didn't get changed until AFTER he publicly announced he was running for prez.

He was either born Kenya and that's why it's there or he was born in Hawaii and it was put on the brochure to add more "oomph" to his background for his political career until they realized oooops he osgonna run for prez and better change it.

Probably the latter, but it looks bad.

What is even worse is if it wasn't for prosecutorial misconduct to the nth degree Stevens would still be senator in Alaska and opramacare never would have passed.

C'mon scotus.

When it comes to suspicion of Obama's real birthplace, you can pin the blame squarely on his own deceit -- or his utter incompetence in addressing what should have been a simple question. Whichever it is, we have come to be all-too familiar with both during his time as President.

So in short I asked Rat if he had all the power what would he put in place to right the ship so to speak.

His answer....basically Clancy in debt of honor where a 747 hits the capitol building during state of the union speech.

And oped chimes in with campaign finance reform. Both in response to WWYD if you had all the power.

Way to reach for the stars, think outside the box and providing some specifics.

Matt Lauer is heading to London, there's a fire in New Mexico and Zimmerman is being recycled, soooo, it's a non-story.

Through the years Obama has personally certified on at least a hundred documents that he was born in the U.S. He states in his 1995 autobiography that he was born in Hawaii in 1961. The state of Hawaii confirmed that fact in an extraordinary release of his birth certificate 14 months ago (to quell the 'carnival barkers' such as Trump, as oprama put it).

If anybody here knows of a further course of action the prez can take to molify you and your fellow birthers, then let's hear it.
