But on the other hand, check out the white dude in the baby blue shirt dancing on stage
You know what? I have to give it to that dude. He knew he had no business trying to move too much and perhaps cause a panic/riot on the stage. As a result, he just bounced with two feet firmly planted and only clapped when everyone else was clapping. That was the classic move known as "staying in your lane." I'm proud of him.
On a different note, Radiohead's appearance on SNL made me think of my favorite video of their's (and one of my Top 10 memorable videos ever...not too far from Thriller, Luke's I Wanna Rock (Doo Doo Brown) and Beastie's Sabotage)...

Goldschlagger, mixed with Patron...followed by "McNulty Bombs" which is a shot of Jamison's dropped into a glass of Heineken.
That'll get you every time.

Of course, Little Stevie bringing the funk to the Street and educating the kids what the funk is about....
At the 4:09 mark some kids life is changed by the amount and power of the funk

lol @ especially the guy in the blue shirt. Not too many up there had rhythm, I'd say.

the bass player in Black: Larry Graham of Graham Central Station.
As for the guy in Blue, I liked his moves better than the brother in the off-white leisure suit or the 1st white guy on stage

I'm not living like I should
I want to be a better man
A sinner's prayer upon my lips
A broken promise in my hand
I know that there will come a day
A heavy price I'll have to pay
I keep pretending to be good
But I'm not living like I should

That type of talk only comes from having a prolonged FUCKING GREAT time. The irony of it is, only deep and meaningful lyrics like that can come from someone living a life like the first sentence. So, keep up the good work poet, living a life in a way to augment your art.

Heh, my father sings that song all the time, to this day. Takes me back to waking up Saturday morning and hearing him in the shower when I was a kid.

Yeah, it's a great tune. And I love the harmony of the Swan Silvertones.
