Those two sentences are the twin pillars of Maga, the second sentence applying to many other things than just the first...

Princess cancels 4 months of cruises out of Galveston that were scheduled for Nov 2026 to Mar 2027.
I can't imagine it was very many refunds, not with this much warning. Disappointing but, whatever. I am sure those who were cancelled just rebooked elsewhere.

I doubt many Canadians or anybody else are planning any vacations that have anything to do with the US. But hey, we don't need friends. Just the big ol', good ol' US of A. Country boy can survive. Right?

If you took everyone in a wal-mart that eats at waffle house or Popeyes, you'd have the customer list for Carnival Cruises. Princess, owned by Carnival is a step up.
Oddly enough I did go on the Majestic Princess 2 years ago. It was not a good experience. The ship only had 1 fully powered motor.

I saw an ad for some cruise line the other day, the dude was fat, balding and single, he kept emphasizing the all-you-can-eat and, esp., the all-you-can-drink aspect of the cruise. I think the actor was actually drunk, but that's probably exactly what they were going for...

MSC cruise line went all in on Orlando Bloom and Drew Barrymore to be the celebrity spokespeople for the purpose of expanding their US market share. Wife and I are diamond guests on MSC and will be Blue Diamond next year. Word has it that Princess might have made the decision to move their ship out of Galveston because MSC is Arriving.
