Correct, hence my post directly above your post.

That's all well and good except for the agents you still have on campus providing cars and custom mouth guards to your basketball players.

I was agreeing with you.

Yeah. Sorry. This has been a crazy week in the office. I took that the wrong way for some reason.

On another note...

From Inside Carolina: "The official word from UNC is that Bryn Renner has not been ruled out of today's game at Virginia Tech and is going to go through pregame warmups to see how he feels. While we haven't been able to confirm through multiple sources, the speculation is that Marquise Williams will get the start today."

UNC is looking down the barrel at 3-9.

Doesnt Williams suit the offense better? This might actually help the team.

"11:15am - Renner just walked on the field in sweats and tennis shoes and chatted up VT QB Logan Thomas. Waved to the fans before leaving the field."

Do you hear that noise? It's Bud Foster licking his chops and planning on dialing up max blitzes all day. Ugh....

The offense needs a mobile quarterback, at least more mobile than Renner, but 'Quise sucks as a passer in practice and has had plenty of chances to impress the coaches.

I don't care if 'Quise was the love-child of Johnny Football, RG3 and Steve Young. He is going to get murdered behind that line.

Orange County DA Jim Woodall (U*NC grad) has issued a second indictment in the football/agent scandal. The first was for Jenifer Wiley (U*NC grad) who's being defending by Joe Cheshire (U*NC grad), the second is for Sports Agent Terry Watson charged with 13 counts of Athlete Agent Inducement & Felony Obstruction of Justice who is being defended by Russell Babb, attorney for agent Terry Watson, was a co-captain on the UNC fb team. Is it me or is this getting surreal?

Ah, you do realize that as the state's leading public university and the leading in-state law school in the NC legal community (Wake and Dook aren't as influential because they send their people out, moreso Dook than Wake, but you get the point), that if you're in legal trouble, there is a better than average chance that your attorney will be connected with UNC in one way or another, correct?

Heard a rumor from a well placed legal source today that Wiley is cooperating.

I doubt nothing new will come of this.

U*NC isn't the leading anything academic anymore.

Afa Wiley cooperating it depends on the questions being asked. Little has already testified that she received money from agents on his behalf. Admitting to that would be nothing new. If she's asked if Blake or butch knew about the payments then her answer could open a whole prong. Like I said before it all depends on the questions being asked.

give him 4-5 seasons, so he can get his own recruits in place.
