Well, at least she won't break the bank on food for him. I think Jimmie Walker hit that stick ass, though. That has to hurt everyone's feelings...even those who hate her.

no one allows their beliefs to be shaped by Ann Coulter.

I quote her NOT because she has shaped my beliefs. Instead, it is because Ann does a brilliant job WRITING why I believe what I believe. She puts into words what I am already thinking far better than I ever could. Her thoughts on Rick Santorum matched my thoughts.

If you can't put your thoughts into words, they're not thoughts, they're just a bunch of garble. Which sounds about right for you...

I used to hook up with a girl in Columbia with the last name Coulter. I asked her if she was related "to that cunt, Ann Coulter." She was her cousin...

She wasn't offended, even though the girl was very conservative. The girl said old Ann is a royal bitch all of the time.

I can't believe Ann believes 30% of what she spouts. She just can't, but it's too lucrative for her, in this incarnation, to talk more sane.

S.E. Cupp seemed to be headed that same way, then she started getting an MSNBC check...then her rhetoric miraculously became sensible. It is still Conservative, but it is sensible. She won't make Coulter money as a result, but I hope she sleeps better than her.

You could have stopped there and we would have filled in the rest accurately.

A graph simplistically explaining the budget effect of the "fiscal cliff":

http://fm.cnbc.com/applications/cnbc.co ... -chart.pdf

So, Oprama is willing to allow the poor and middle class to go over the cliff for a lousy $42 billion from the wealthy? If you are one of the wealthy, you say, ok go ahead.

If you're that wealthy, why not say "ok, we'll cough up a lousy $42 bil"? If the figure is as lousy as you claim, what's the problem?

Because, right now, there is no way the wealthy are avoiding higher tax rates under any scenario anyway, so you might as well see budget savings from other areas kick in.

sardis, you won't win the argument with that type of rationalization (The President harming poor and middle class in order to sock it to the wealthy). No one will see it that way...and I don't believe we go to January 1 without a deal, anyway. Boehner has signaled as much with his removal of Tea Partiers from Congressional Committees. Now, it just seems that the issues come down to rate raising versus code changing with regard to deductions and the amount (800Bn versus 1.6Tn). I think rates vs deductions are 50/50, but the revenue dollar amount winds up being a bit over 1Tn.
