Remember, this is the same guy who said Talent emailed him that he was in the money pool before the tourney started although there is no other proof Talent made the deadline.

Hmmmmmm....
you have a consultant for creative artists agency one of the top sports agencies in the country celebrating a championship with multiple college kids on the court after the win

I wasn't aware sports agents (or consultants if you will) could interact with these kids until after they declared for the draft.

can any of the wildcat family explain the role of worldwide wes--how he can be paid as an employee for a sports agency and it not be considered a violation to intermingle with the kentucky team the way he does.

I can't explain the role of Worldwide Wes but I can say that if Syracuse, UCLA, Louisville and about 10 other schools had won, he'd have been out there with them too.

Knowing about Davis' background, I'd have a hard time believing his dad was shopping him around given he was on a losing team in high school. I don't think anyone understood just how much of an impact player he'd be in college even though he was highly touted. At this point I sincerely believe that Cal doesn't have to bend the rules to get the players he wants. Pitino didn't have to and the '96 team is still head and shoulders better in talent than this team.

That said, for those of you hoping the NCAA drops the hammer, I don't see it happening. Emmert understands that from a football standpoint, the big bcs schools are about to tell the NCAA to go fuck themselves and he'd be left enforcing bagels with cream cheese rules over schools like Arkansas St and Mississippi Valley.

nobody really knows what Wes does but he is a lot closer to Cal than any other NCAA coach.

Davis was 6-3 his jr. year and played PG. I'd never heard of him until after this season began. most HS players get their renown the summer after their jr. year so it's no wonder he wasn't that well known with 8 inches of growing ahead of him.

BTW, Twitter feed today said Noel is leaning toward the Hoyas. I have to believe Muhammed will be at UK.

I believe that too, but just b/c he doesn't have to doesn't mean he doesn't do it. It's fun to bend the rules. Hell, break the shit out them. Cal understands that...

Shun May was a colossal bust at the next level but he was one of the best college post players I've ever seen. His tourny run in 2005 might be the greatest ever by a UNC player...

Over his last 11 games at Carolina, Shun May averaged 22.2 ppg and 11.6 rpg. I'll take somebody like that every year...

Yep, the same way OSU would take Sullinger every year. The Bobcats wouldn't, though.

When all the shizz falls at UK you will all be eating crow. Trust me...if you think UK will not suffer from this year you all are dumber than I thought.

Don't foget I was the one who predicted the hammer falling on Ohio State when evceryone else said "nothing to see here"

I do have people at the NCAA who I know very well who tell me to just wait and see on Kentucky. Scoff now but you will see I am almost always right.

He does!!! He does think he's Marty. He misses fighting with Marty so much he's invented a Marty himself!!! Maybe he knows Brent Mussburger and Bobby Bowden too!!

When I was five years old I had an invisible friend, Now Wizard has his Marty, how nice.

wasnt Shun May the kid that just bowled over set defenders in college with impunity, and that not only wasnt called for his blatant charging violations, but was instead usually sent to the free throw line to boot?
