We'll see what question they ask. The original purpose of the SOS investigation was to protect U*NC from the mean ol' agents. Don't look for much damage to U*NC when a U*NC grad prosecutor asks questions of a U*NC alum represented by a U*NC grad lawyer. Let a UVA, Duke, Maryland or South Carolina (excluding DS) grad get a hold of her and I bet there's a different line of questioning.

this damn girl now sits here charged with a Class 1 Felony facing potential but unlikely Jail time and 25k fine and the ruination of her future and the following people walked away with fat settlements or NFL contracts. If I was her I would look at this list and say WTF?

Class I (i) is the lowest possible felony in NC. If convicted, she receives probation. She won't receive active time. She will likely plead down to a misdemeanor.

A poster on PP said that by law she cannot receive jail time. Still she cannot be happy. Every body else in this drama has made out like a bandit while she's been portrayed as the team cum dump and is now facing felony charges.

She was the rogue element in this whole sordid affair. No wrongdoing by the university or staff. She deserves to fry for what she's done. Oh well, I'm glad that's settled and over with. Time to move on...
