There have been more UNC-UK posts here in the last few days than the entire regular season. Im getting that the UNC fans here still can't accept the fact they are still behind Kentucky and realize it's only just begun

I always thought it was spelled "pwned" and pronounced "owned."

I thought the "p" gave it added effect.

aTm's dorkiness just festers out of him. like phlegm rising in the lungs of an angry old man in the nursing home, a trilling nerd laugh bubbled up inside him as he caught the incorrect juxtaposition of the 3 in my "p3wned." his fingers danced across the keyboards like a fat first-grader skipping to the ice cream truck as he dashed out emails to his geek cabal so they could chortle over their diet mtn. dews that someone misspelled a misspelling. then he remembered he'd forgotten to stop by Kroger on the way home and get that new Marie Callender's frozen dinner he'd been eyeing (along with several of the hard-titted teenaged checkout girls) his last few trips there and his mirth ended as yet another trip to KFC loomed...

I've never had an intense hatred for Pitino, even after he took the Louisville job. That's not to say that I don't enjoy the occasional barb because he did leave us when we were on a roll. Had he stayed at UK, he'd probably be around the 800 win mark now and its safe to say we'd have at least 3 more final fours under our belt - plus not have to endure Tubby's grind it out style and the Gillispie nightmare.
But I've never been one of these UK fans that hates all things Louisville. Growing up in the western part of the state you just never heard about them, not even when they were in their glory days of the 80's. That might be the ultimate little brother insult though. They were closer to us than Lexington and we never talked about Louisville basketball. We talked Murray St all the time ( mostly in the context of how bad UK would beat them)
that said, if we lose Saturday, this is going to be the general mood of the state

ecat are you still going to the game? I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon. Will get there about noon on Saturday. Still don't have tickets. I'm gonna see the Saturday game at Walk Ons sports bar. Then when we win on Saturday and we will win, I'm gonna score tickets for Monday night. Gonna stay in NOLA till Wednesday then head over to the Redneck Riviera then head home Easter Sunday.

I sold my tickets, however as luck would have it I'm going to be 90 miles away on Monday.
If we win Saturday I'll drive over that day and try to find some UL fans or the loser of the Kansas/OH st game and score tickets for Monday. The seats I had were horrible and its not worth it to me if I can't actually distinguish who the players are on the court.

I always thought pwn3d was pronounced pawned, in the sense that they were talking about pawns in that episode of The Wire...

my goodness, what's going to happen if Louisville beats Kentucky? i may root for it just for the chaos, even though kentucky really does have the best team in the country...
it would be like, Spurrier beating the Gators...
